Measure Guideline

Measuring Stone Slab Before shopping, you must measure your kitchen or vanity countertop. Accurate measuring will be very important to the designer that you work with. The more information that you give them, the more accurate your proposal will be. Again, this will be a proposal based on your measurements. When a representative from Marble & Granite Works visits your home to establish a template, which will be the final numbers used for square footage.

Get some paper and a tape measure and begin measuring at a corner of your kitchen or vanity countertop. Continue around the room until you get back to your starting point. Please mark on the drawings where your main sink, veggie sink, stove or cook top, and refrigerator are placed. Examples on how to measure your countertops are available through the links on the left side of the page.
